I can see his point about staying near his family in Exeter, that shows that he values family over a big Celtic, Sunderland or Arabian pay day, but can he really believe he'll get a 1st choice chance for England anymore?

 

Hart starts the season for Man City as Given is injured for a couple of months I believe, Foster has gone to Brum City so should be 1st choice, then we'll see if he's England quality, its time for Capello so trust some youngsters in his new squads.
